At Jounce, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, order processing, and other important shipping-related guidelines.

Introduction

Thank you for shopping with Jounce, owned by VINI X Fashions. We aim to provide you with a seamless delivery experience from the moment you place an order to the time it reaches your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

• ◉All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• ◉ Once processed, customers will receive an email and SMS confirmation with tracking details.
• ◉ During high-volume periods (such as sales/festive seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• ◉ Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• ◉ Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
• ◉ Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• ◉ Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• ◉ A standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹499.
• ◉ Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, will include an additional ₹49 COD fee.

Order Tracking

• ◉ Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp/SMS.
• ◉ You can also track your order anytime through www.jounce.in in the My Orders section.

Delivery Attempts

• ◉ Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts if the customer is unavailable.
• ◉ If both attempts fail, the order will be marked RTO (Return to Origin).
• ◉ RTO orders can be re-shipped after additional shipping charges (if applicable).

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

If COD is enabled:

• ◉ COD orders may require OTP verification before dispatch.
• ◉ Payment must be made before opening the parcel (courier agents are not permitted to open packages prior to payment).
• ◉ Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for the customer account.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing g accurate address, pincode, landmark, and phone number.
Incorrect information may cause delivery delays or cancellation.

Shipping Restrictions

• ◉ We currently ship across India only (PAN India delivery).
• ◉ Certain remote or non-serviceable locations may experience delays depending on courier availability.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, customers must:

1. 1. Take photos/video of the parcel immediately.
2. 2. Do not accept delivery, OR mention the issue on the delivery slip.
3. 3. Notify our support team within 24 hours with proof.

Delays Beyond Our Control

External factors such as natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, lockdowns, or festive periods may cause unavoidable delays.
We will always assist you in tracking and resolving such issues promptly.
