Return Process

  3. 3. The customer must share a packing video showing the product being placed in the return packet. This video must be sent to support@jounce.in.
  4. 4. The pickup agent will seal the parcel in a tamper-proof bag in the customer’s presence.
  5. 5. Once the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
